I recently had 3PDelivery615 move several large items (including a console piano) and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. All 4 members of the moving team were polite and efficient. My son and daughter in law were canceled on by another moving company they had scheduled 2 weeks prior. As a mother, I was disappointed for them because they had this planned for weeks. I called Heather and explained the situation, she put me on a brief hold and spoke with William. Heather told me they typically do not work on Sunday, but given the circumstances- they were willing to accommodate!!! How wonderful is it to know that customer service still exists! She not only made it happen, but she heard me as a mom and my disappointment for my son and daughter in law. Heather was so compassionate and kind to orchestrate the move in less than 24 hours! I was moving from one apartmentto another here in Nashville and from the beginning phone call with the owner, William through the move with Wesley everything ran smoothly. He took extra precautions to wear foot covers and gloves to protect my furniture and floors. He was neat, professional and very respectful of my home and my belongings. He also made sure everything was in its place before leaving and that I was happy with their service. William helped me get this scheduled last minute. It was short notice and they had no availability on Saturday. William was able to get two great guys Jacob and Wesley willing to come in on their day off (a Sunday) in the snow! The willingness for the company to help us out on a Sunday in the snow and for the Wesley and Jacob to be so efficient is a true testament to how great this company is! Our move from start to finish took three days because of packing, loading, unloading and assembly. Every single person was respectful, fun and easy to be with. They wrapped our furniture with moving blankets and secured them with plastic wrap. Not a piece was damaged or nicked. Our hardwood floors had just been refinished so they protected them and when it began to rain, without my asking, they protected the entrance with a rubber-type product to absorb the water. When a bunch of people are handling your possessions it's so important to trust them. You can trust 3PDelivery615. I highly recommend them. You'll have no regrets. The absolute BEST! I used to dread moving but now I know just how easy and seamless it can be. Williams team was there when I needed them and took care of me from moving out of my last home to storing my items in one of their large warehouses to moving it in to my new home just weeks later. Additionally, they picked up some vintage furniture I ordered out of state and brought it back in pristine condition as they wrap and secure each item. I cannot recommend 3PDelivery615 enough.

Luke and company did a great job moving a heavy piece of equipment that was very fragile. They were very professional and quickly assessed how best to get the equipment in place. They were very careful of not only the equipment but the walls and flooring steps and doorways they had to maneuver through. I would not hesitate to all 3P next time I need help
